I booked with Toro to get a better rate. However you have to be careful. many of the cars have higher miles. If something mechanical goes wrong with them then you are stuck trying to find another rental at an expensive rate. Just remember you get what you pay for.
Awesome! Simple! Convenient!
🏅
great car smooth tranactio s. treat yourself
Really like the ease of the app
The negatives first: Not transparent on fees/total price. Prices similar to traditional car rental company. Hefty deposit; 5 times more than traditional rental company. And the positives: i found one here, and that is if you rent from a genuinely good driver, you might experience good service and decide to become a repeat customer, avoiding the bad after-sales experience that sometimes come with car rental companies.
Vehicle owners are able to charge outrageous amounts of money for "fees" such as cleaning and violation of policies. $300 cleaning fee is a lot considering that no stains, scratches, sand, dirt was left in the car. Without a single piece of trash remaining in the vehicle - there is no feasable way to justify such an outrageous charge, considering that renting the vehicle for 5 days was $222. But Turo can find a way, they will find a way, and they will charge you immediately upon owner's request.
Greg is the ultimate! 5-star plus!
Kelly was excellent and her car is very good on gas I would definitely rent it again
